I’ve added a few mask templates to my How-to gallery for your convenience. You can use the templates to get started on a fun project for the entire family. Trace the template onto paper plates, cardboard, construction paper, or fun foam. You can even use scrap newspaper for paper mache.

Decorate the masks with paint or markers. Use scrap ribbon left over from the holidays to trim the mask. Decoupage fabric or wrapping paper like a collage. Punch a hole on each side of the mask for an elastic band or ribbon. Or decorate a dowel and glue it to one side of the mask as a handle.

I can’t wait to see all the wonderful masks!
