Honoring Memorial Day
Monday, May 25th, 2009 by tcgIn America, we tend to celebrate Memorial day with barbecues and picnics. Sometimes I think we forget why we have a three day weekend. Thank you to all that have served, fought, and died for our country. Thank you ManWithPez for 12 years with the Air Force. Thank you Dad for six years of Navy. Thank you to all my uncles and cousins who have served in the Marines, Army, Air Force, and Navy. Thank you to my readers who have given their lives to military service. Take a moment today to remember family, friends, and strangers who have given their lives in the Army, Air Force, Navy, and Coast Guard. You made a difference, and we appreciate your sacrifice.

A very nice posting on a solemn holiday.
Although I’m not a veteran, I have a deep amount of respect for them. After all, they’re the ones who stand watch so we can enjoy our freedoms.
