The first short was so much fun to do and I had to make another entry for the Evil League of Evil. Concept, shooting, and editing all done Saturday afternoon. Hopefully you’ll get a kick out of it.

A local coffee shop generously allowed me to film during business hours. Very nice people.
I entered the Evil League of Evil villain contest. I had a long list of evil identities but only had time to develop one movie. I opted for ‘The Butler.’

I wrote and directed the short. ManWithPez is the script doctor and star. There are three costumes in the finished movie: Butler, Socialite, and Detective. We went with the iconic look for all of the roles. The Butler is clad in a classic evening tuxedo with a white bow tie and white gloves. His costume inspiration was Godfrey. Originally cast and shot was a young man playing spoiled trust fund baby. He wore designer trashed jeans and a smug look. The young socialite replacement has on a short cocktail dress with rhinestone accents. The Detective was based on everyone’s favorite redheaded investigator Dana Scully. A trim black suit with a pop of color and a conservative hairstyle.
It was a lot of fun and a lot of work. I’ve never done anything like this and still have a lot to learn on the subject.
